Position Summary
The Curvo Senior Sales Account Executive (AE) drives net-new enterprise sales across hospital systems, health networks, HealthTech companies, and Regional Purchasing Collaboratives. This includes data licensing agreements and account expansion strategy for Curvo's largest, most strategic customers. The Senior AE owns complex, high-value deal cycles, structures and negotiates enterprise contracts, and aligns Curvo's data, supply chain, pharmacy, and clinical solutions with each organization's priorities. Success requires deep expertise in healthcare supply chain operations and enterprise contracting, along with the ability to engage executive and C-suite stakeholders in clear, outcome-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, forecast, and plan new and expansion business within assigned accounts.
- Build strategic account plans to achieve annual quota across large, high-value accounts.
- Conduct executive-level discovery, to build ROI-driven, custom solutions.
- Structure, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts and data licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive customer value.
- Maintain executive relationships to support adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Deliver executive-level product presentations to senior leadership.

Required Experience
- 15+ years in software solutions sales, with experience closing enterprise or data licensing deals.
- Experience in healthcare supply chain and ERP systems.
- Proven history of exceeding quota on large complex accounts.
- Strong contract negotiation and deal-structure skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Training in consultative enterprise sales (e.g., CustomerCentric Selling, Miller Heiman).
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Physical Requirements
This is a remote-friendly role that can be performed from a home office. This position requires regular travel, approximately 25% of the time (e.g., one week per month), for site visits, team collaborations, or client engagements.
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee must be:
- Digitally Proficient: Capable of operating a computer and navigating various software platforms, including video conferencing and cloud-based document management tools.
- Communication-Ready: Regularly required to engage in voice and video calls, as well as digest a large volume of digital and written materials.
- Mobile & Adaptable: Able to manage the physical demands of frequent travel, including transporting a laptop and occasionally lifting or moving equipment/luggage up to 25 pounds.
